Long before “unmanned aerial vehicle”, had become a household phrase, the Whirly Bird LLC team was manu- facturing and implementing custom built heavy lift helicopters for the television and film industries.
Based on over 26 years of experience in close range aerial filming, and proven mechanical designs, the Whirly Bird
team is now providing fully autonomous, and semi autonomous VTOL UAV’s.
All systems are custom built and completely turn key, including one week (Semi Autonomous Systems) and two week (Fully Autonomous Systems) training programs. Training is conducted by FAA certified helicopter flight instructors and incorporates the same ground training used to prepare students studying to take their private pilot written examination. Everything you need to complete your mission is included in your turn key package.
